Highly anticipated projects like the conversion of the Verizon Building and the glitzy 515 High Line are joined by under-the-radar boutique Brooklyn developments, while a few longin-the-works buildings (looking at you, Fortress of Glassitude) are finally ready to make their debuts. THE ARTHUR

The Naftali Group bought (http://ny.curbed.com/archives/2013/01/14/where_developers_rushed_to_buy_property_as_2012_ended.php) this prewar rental building in late 2013, and the developer hired Studio V architects to execute a renovation. The building will relaunch this October with 68 one- and two-bedroom units, and building amenities include a laundry room, rooftop deck, gym, doorman, and bike storage.
