Global design firm Andres Escobar & Associates has completed the design of its latest luxury project for Landmark Park Slope in Park Slope, Brooklyn, and leasing for the new development has begun. The lead developer for the project is The Naftali Group, led by Miki Naftali. The 12-story building contains 104 residential units plus retail space and boasts elite amenities.
Located at 267 Sixth Street, Landmark Park Slope aims to provide an elevated lifestyle. Amenity spaces include a 2nd floor terrace, lounge, rooftop terrace, cabanas, and a state of the art fitness center. The goal was to bring hotel-style amenities to a residential home. The units themselves are a mix of studio, one-and two-bedroom residences with some including private terraces.
The design of the development looks to bring modern sophistication to a neighborhood that is quickly evolving into a growing and family-friendly community. Centrally located, Landmark Park Slope is in the vicinity of many Brooklyn landmarks, including the new Barclays Center. The number of restaurants, shops and attractions in the neighborhood are attracting a growing number of new residents. Park Slope was voted the best neighborhood in NYC by New York Magazine.
