New units have hit the market at the Seymour, a new development by the Naftali Group in Chelsea.
The 12-story project, located at 261 West 25th Street, contains 49 units and takes its name from the Seymour Club, a historic club run by New York’s 18th governor, Horatio Seymour, at that very site in the late 1800s, according to Buzzbuzzhome.
The Naftali Group tapped architect Goldstein, Hill & West to create the building’s brick-and-metal facade. McGinley Design crafted the lobby and amenities space, and Rottet Studio handled interior design.
The condos range from one- to three-bedroom condominiums, and pricing starts from $1.2 million. The latest units to hit the market, include a garden-level two-bedroom asking $2.575 million and a one-bedroom unit asking $1.405 million.
