A lucky commercial real estate broker won tickets to Bruce Springsteen on Broadway at the launch party for The Shephard, a new luxury residential building in Manhattan’s West Village neighborhood.
The Naftali Group, developers of the project, opened both a wine bar and a specialty whiskey bar to keep dozens of brokers happy as they toured amenities including a bouldering wall for climbing. Basketball and Golf pros provided lessons on the building’s indoor half-basketball court and golf simulator.
Alexa Lambert and her team at Stribling Marketing Associates, the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the building’s 42 luxury condominiums, showed off the remaining $24.5-million penthouse at 275 W. 10th St.
