33 Beekman is a sleek thirty-four story dormitory tower, also recognized as the world’s tallest college residence. Prior to acquisition closing, Naftali pre-leased the to-be- developed building to Pace University. The new construction dormitory provides Pace University with approximately three-hundred-seventy-eight housing units, accommodating seven hundred beds in the heart of Lower Manhattan’s Financial District- located between William Street and Nassau Street.
The students enjoy soaring views of the East River, Lower Manhattan and the new World Trade Center. The building features amenities including three student lounges, a meeting and screening room, library, fitness center- as well as common spaces where students can either relax, study and socialize. A common landscaped courtyard with ample seating area welcomes students home, adjacent to the grand lobby.
