The Shephard

The Shephard, located at 275 West 10th Street was constructed in 1896, making it a longstanding component of the West Village. The stately twelve-story building represents one of the finest examples of turn of the century industrial construction and it has been thoughtfully restored to become one of the most sought-after residential buildings in Manhattan. The original interior workings, walls, windows, and mechanical systems of the building have been replaced with brand new and completely upgraded infrastructure, technology, and interior finishes.

Naftali Group extended the building’s plan by repurposing a small parcel adjacent to the property as a carriage-house-inspired glass and steel lobby with a private garden.
