One Madison

Conceptually designed by world-renowned architect Daniel Libeskind

One Madison, a spectacular eco-friendly tower, was planned to reach an elevation over 900 feet. The proposed plans featured a fifty-four-story tower of 480,000 square feet above and through an existing seventeen-story structure at the intersection of Park Avenue and 23rd Street in Manhattan.
