In September of 2014, YIMBY revealed renderings (http://newyorkyimby.com/2014/09/revealed-naftali-groups-210-west-77th-street.html) of the Naftali Group’s 18-story, 25-unit building planned at 210 West 77th Street (http://newyorkyimby.com/category/210-west-77th-street), on the Upper West Side, and this past summer, we brought you a sales update (http://newyorkyimby.com/2015/06/sales-at-18-story-condo-building-going-up-at-210-west-77th-street-upper-west-side.html). Now, the structure is roughly two floors from topping out, courtesy of the latest from Tectonic (http://tectonicphoto.com/blog/2015/9/20/construction-photos-210-west-77th-street-nyc). Thomas Juul-Hansen is designing the project, which will also include an approximately 2,500 square-foot retail component, and completion is currently expected by the end of 2016.
