Karl Fischer’s Landmark Park Slope—already being hailed as “not the worst thing Karl Fischer has ever done”—will open in August, with rents starting at $2,100 for a studio, $2,800 for a 1BR and $3,700 for a 2BR, according to a statement from developer Naftali Group (who took over the project from Isaac Katan) and marketer aptsandlofts. In addition, the building will offer “hotel style amenities,” including a full-time doorman, a roof deck with a grill and cabanas, and concierge service, which will be free for the first year. “It’s great to pick up the phone and call and say, ‘Can you send a dog walker to walk my dog so I can stay in the city?'” said aptsandlofts president Dave Maundrell. “It’s a nice little perk.”
