Naftali and Rockefeller Groups’ new Upper East Side residential tower 200 East 83rd (https://200east83rd.com/) is the first collaboration between Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Rottet Studio, the renowned interior design firm. Rottet Studio designed the building’s 86 bespoke residences and shared spaces, while RAMSA created a suite of club-like amenities.
The 17th floor at 200 East 83rd features a seventy-foot pool. Uniquely situated in the middle of the 35-story limestone-clad tower, the pool room features a vaulted ceiling, honed limestone walls and a double-height loggia with floor-to-ceiling arched windows and French doors.
