Leasing has kicked off at Miki Naftali’s the Arthur, a high-end prewar rental property located at 245 West 25th Street in Chelsea.

The Naftali Group renovated the six-story building after purchasing it for $37 million in an off-market deal with the Haruvi family in late 2012 (http://therealdeal.com/blog/2013/01/04/naftali-group-pays-37m-for-chelsea-building/). Sixty-eight one- and two-bedroom residences are up for grabs, with pricing for available units starting at $4,200 and maxing out at $4,950 per month.

According to the Arthur’s website, amenities include a 24-hour doorman, rooftop deck with seating and dining areas, and a fitness center.

Urban Compass’s Jason Saft will lead marketing and sales at the project. The developer recently granted the brokerage’s Litvak Team exclusive marketing rights (http://therealdeal.com/blog/2014/10/10/urban-compass-litvak-team-snags-naftalis-brooklyn-portfolio/) to its Brooklyn portfolio, as reported by The Real Deal.
