Units in the Naftali Group’s Chelsea condo project The Seymour hit the market back in July with little fanfare and now the developer’s project next door, a rental building called The Arthur, has done the same. The Arthur is a six-story prewar building, converted by Studio V Architecture, which now features around 68 one- and two-bedroom units. There are currently four listed publicly, all one-bedrooms, ranging in price from $4,200 to $4,950. Building amenities include a doorman, gym, and roof deck with a barbecue and outdoor shower.
