The Naftali Group unveiled model unit 6D, a 3,800 s/f residence at the Shephard designed by James “Ford” Huniford of Huniford Design Studio.The Shephard, a historic Romanesque Revival former warehouse in the West Village, offers 38 transformed pre-war style apartments.
Of the 38 residences at the Shephard, 26 are unique. 6D is a corner residence facing south and west with three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, den, eat-in-kitchen, dining room and living room. Is it listed for $11,850,000.

This feels like home.”Curated by James Huniford in collaboration with Creative Growth, an organization in Oakland, Calif., that works with adult artists who have developmental, mental and physical disabilities, an art collection of 42 original pieces, including works by Dan Miller, Dwight Mackintosh and Ed Walters will be on loan through December 31, 2016 in the model unit.
Amenities at the building include a gym, lounge, Sports Court with basketball hoop, and steam rooms, Pilates studio, golf simulator/screening room, rock climbing bouldering wall and game room.Prices begin at $6.675 for a three-bedroom. Occupancy is slated for fall 2016.
