Ryan Seacrest is back on the house hunt. Earlier this year, we reported the TV personality had ditched his West Village rental at 150 Charles St. for a posh East 68th Street townhouse that had been listed as a $75,000-a-month rental.

That move put him nice and close to the East 76th Street digs of his “Live With Kelly and Ryan” co-star, Kelly Ripa. But friends say Seacrest misses the West Village and would like to return there.

He toured a $24.5 million penthouse duplex at the Shephard — a luxury condo conversion by Naftali Group located at 275 W. 10th St. — on “multiple occasions,” our spies say.

The sprawling four-bedroom, 4½-bathroom corner pad is 4,763 square feet, and comes with three terraces and stunning entertainment spaces. It has been on the market for 20 days and features details like large windows, barrel-vaulted ceilings and lots of space to hang art.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen, a downstairs living room with a fireplace and a small upstairs library with a turret and a large skylight.

The other two penthouses, asking $18.85 million and $29.5 million, are in contract.

Building amenities include an Assouline-curated library, a residents’ garden, a basketball court, a gym, a golf simulator and a club room with a ping-pong table. Listing brokers Alison Black and Alexa Lambert, of Stribling, declined to comment.
