Naftali Group has revealed that two penthouses at their Arquitectonica-designed JEM Private Residences in Miami have been crafted in collaboration with Fendi Casa. Known as the JEM Sky Villas, the 5,000-plus-square-foot homes are furnished entirely with custom pieces that complement the building’s view of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami.
Throughout the apartments, cream and off-white tones are brought to life with red, orange, and brown accents. The wraparound terrace is accessible from most of the rooms in both units, giving residents an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Both homes include access to the building’s suite of amenities, and one of the two units has its own private hot tub. “With the Fendi Casa team we hand-selected and custom-finished each piece to complement the lifestyle that these residences offer,” Danielle Naftali, executive vice president of marketing, sales, and design for Naftali Group, said in a statement shared with AD PRO. “Every detail has been chosen to create a harmonious blend of high-end design and refined living, giving residents a truly unique and elevated experience in the heart of downtown Miami."
