Naftali Group and Viceroy Hotels & Resorts have unveiled the Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, a 45-story luxury condominium development in the Flagler Village neighborhood.
Designed by Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group, the property will be characterized by a modern, resort-style design with nods to nautical themes and the city’s rich sailing and yachting heritage. Champagne bronze bands and subtle curved details will be employed on the building’s façade to emphasize movement and light as well.
Upon entering, the grand, double-height lobby will feature a lushly landscaped exterior plaza and translucent screens that naturally filter light, mimicking the motion of water and coastal breezes. A monolithic desk with curved nautical shapes will anchor the space.
Residences — spanning studios to penthouses — will boast open-concept layouts with floor-to-ceiling windows, glass doors, and generously sized terraces for indoor-outdoor living.
Kitchens will be defined by quartz slab countertops and Italian cabinetry with a light oak finish, while bathrooms will be adorned with timeless white ceramic tiles.
Viceroy Fort Lauderdale will house more than 35 amenities spread across 25,000 square feet, including a game room, karaoke room, kids’ room, wellness club, spa, and private pool. Additional offerings will include a 72-foot-long lounge pool and hot tub, along with sundecks complete with private cabanas and chaise seating.
Plus, alfresco grilling pavilions, a botanical garden lounge with open-air art installations, and an indoor/outdoor coworking lounge that features light oak finishes, textural fabrics, and oil-rubbed bronze accents will also be featured. The latter will be characterized by a terrazzo amphitheater surrounding a central living garden atrium to provide a space for gatherings, while private workrooms, studies, and conference rooms will be available by reservation.
The Port Lounge & Bar, meanwhile, will offer a full bar and be crafted with curved banquette couches, oversized chairs, marble coffee tables, and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to an intimate garden patio.
Units are set to hit the market winter 2025.
