33 Beekman St

33 Beekman is a sleek thirty-four-story dormitory tower, also recognized as the world’s tallest college residence.

Prior to acquisition closing, Naftali Group pre-leased the to-be-developed building to Pace University. The new construction dormitory provides Pace University with approximately 378 housing units, accommodating 700 beds in the heart of Lower Manhattan’s Financial District between William Street and Nassau Street.

Students enjoy soaring views of the East River, Lower Manhattan, and the new World Trade Center. The building features amenities including three student lounges, a meeting and screening room, library, and fitness center, as well as common spaces where students can relax, study, and socialize. Adjacent to the grand lobby, a common landscaped courtyard with ample seating area welcomes students home.
