On March 31st, Naftali Group, hosted an open house and celebration featuring Andrew Warren’s clothing line, Just Drew, and a presentation of Assouline’s spring collection at the West Village sales gallery for The Shephard. The Shephard is a meticulous conversion of an 1896 Romanesque Revival former warehouse into luxury condominiums located at 275 West 10th Street in the Greenwich Village Historic District.
Andrew Warren and Alex Assouline mingled throughout the space with guests including Kyra Kennedy and Peter Brant, Jr., Assouline outfitted the Shephard’s library with its spring titles including Frida Kahlo: Fashion as the Art of Being, Louis Vuitton Windows and Venice Synagogues. Just Drew presented its spring collection, with ready-to-wear pieces, in the arcade room of the sales gallery.
Once completed, The Shephard will feature 38-units ranging from two- to four-bedrooms including three duplex penthouses. A fitness center with a Pilates studio, lounge, arcade room with vintage games, basketball court, private garden and more are part of the amenity package. Prices start at $4.95 million.
