One Williamsburg Wharf, a luxury condominium tower going up on the Brooklyn waterfront, has
launched sales.
Construction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of next year. Once finished, the
condominium tower will bring 89 residences to the neighborhood.
One Williamsburg Wharf, located at 482 Kent Ave., is a 22-story building that offers residences
ranging from studios to three-bedrooms to penthouses. Studios start at $710,000.
Amenities at the luxury tower include a library, cinema, private dining room and catering kitchen, co-working
lounges with skyline and East River views, children’s playroom, and an elevated terrace with
firepits, pergolas and private barbecue grills.
Naftali Group and Access Industries are behind One Williamsburg Wharf, which is part
of Williamsburg Wharf, a 3.75-acre master-planned development and resort-style destination on
Williamsburg’s East River shoreline.
"One Williamsburg Wharf sets an extraordinary new standard for luxury waterfront living in New York
City, representing Naftali Group's first waterfront development in Brooklyn,” Miki Naftali, Naftali
Group’s chairman and CEO, said in a statement. “We’re excited to unveil the first residential tower at
Williamsburg Wharf and further expand on our vision to bring an unparalleled resort-style living
experience to the heart of one of New York City’s most exciting neighborhoods.”
